Adam is a motivated and driven Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 11 years of experience across the disability and mental health sectors. He began his career supporting people with disability through a transition-to-work program, before expanding his practice to include adults with psychosocial disability, forensic mental health, neurodivergent teenagers and young adults, and children in out-of-home care.

He believes effective behaviour support is built on trust and safety, both for the person experiencing challenges and for the stakeholders around them. Adam is committed to empowering support teams to deliver more effective, informed care, and is skilled at navigating difficult conversations with clarity, sensitivity, and confidence.
