Shellaine is calm, patient, and practical in the way she supports others. With a background in psychology, ABA, and hands-on experience as a support worker, she uses evidence-based strategies to create structured, predictable environments where participants feel safe, supported, and able to succeed.

She works from strong ABA and PBS foundations, focusing on clear routines, visual supports, and consistency to reduce stress for both participants and families. She enjoys working collaboratively with families and support teams, building trust and confidence through meaningful, achievable progress.

Outside of work, Shellaine enjoys being creative, staying active, and exploring new places. She also loves spending quality time with her husband, their two Pomeranians, and their cat. Those closest to her describe her as caring and reliable.

Shellaine believes strong support begins with understanding each participant as an individual. She takes pride in creating nurturing, positive environments and supporting families with practical, thoughtful guidance every step of the way.
